When you choose The Maids for your cleaning needs you are getting a commitment to consistent, quality service.  We have been in business for more than 17 years, and many of our employees have been with us for at least ten of those years.  We work Monday - Friday and when you call us we answer promptly.  You will get to speak to someone here in Fairfax County who is familiar with your neighborhood and happy to discuss your cleaning needs.

When you chose The Maids for your ongoing cleanings you will have peace of mind knowing that your cleaners will show up without fail.  As a courtesy we call our customers to remind them of their scheduled cleaning and can also call when we are on the way so you have time to prepare for our arrival.  In the event of a holiday we will call you several weeks in advance to reschedule your cleaning, and in the event of snow or inclement weather we will also call to notify you and arrange a different date or time for cleaning.

When you chose The Maids you are working with a company that wants to maintain a long, happy relationship.  Our office opened in 1994 and some of our customers have been with us since that time.  Regardless of your cleaning needs we hope to be the company that you call every time.

We ask for feedback from every cleaning with the help of an independent survey company, Mindshare Technologies (mshare.net).  Feedback can be left via phone or on the internet at anytime.  We use this feedback to evaluate our cleaning and training efforts. 

We clean better because we clean more in depth; for instance, we keep your ceiling fans and baseboards free of dust. We also use specifically designed equipment and selected supplies. Our products are environmentally preferred and our backpack HEPA filtered vacuums capture 52 percent more dirt than conventional vacuums.
